good staff receptive staff limited variety english channels
the staff were good and receptive to any needs. everything i needed was in the room.
i found myself bored at night because of limited english speaking channels. i wanted to watch something. but there wasn't enough variety for a solo traveler

mixed feelings about this stay
untrained staff broken light
The staff seemed undertrained.. they disturbed me with unnecessary housekeeping calls. i asked for an afternoon rest but was interrupted repeatedly, preventing me from sleeping. also, a ceiling led light in my room was broken. It wouldn't turn off.

friendly staff breakfast service beach team expensive toy hotel shop high price
the cleaning service surprised me with balloons in the room i thought that was really lovely. the beach team.
the hotel shop charged a lot for a toy it was much more expensive than in the uk. i found out about this after my daughter had opened the toy so i couldn't resolve it with the shop. the hotel said things are more expensive in this region but it was significantly overpriced.

a great stay
extended breakfast polite staff rooftop bar fresh aroma
The breakfast buffet offered many options, i liked that it extended until 11:45. the staff was really kind. One staff member, satwinder, helped me a lot. i spent time at the rooftop bar, a cool place to unwind. the hotel's aroma gave a fresh, cozy feeling.
the adult pool played music that was quite loud. it sometimes reminded me of being in ibiza.

The staff were very cute. i found them helpful throughout my stay. They always had a smile. the doormen, moses and halil, made each departure and arrival special with their charm.

spacious room clean room accessible service slow check-in unhelpful receptionist
the room was spacious. it was also clean. taxi service was readily available. the balcony overlooked both the pool and the beach.
check-in was slow. the front desk seemed understaffed. it took over an hour. the receptionist was not helpful.

huge selection helpful staff nice experience
I enjoyed the location, it was close to many attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of food. It was very excellent. the staff i encountered were good and helpful. They were very receptive to any needs, though the pool was crowded.

My room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide selection. The staff at the valet were friendly. They were also helpful. I really enjoyed that they were interested in my plans.
The room I booked was smaller than what I expected, and some equipment was missing. I asked for things for a third person, such as linen and towels, but didn't receive them. I got a low quality blanket without a cover.
